Maxine Moss BSc (Hons). MBACP

My Approach

I use an Integrative approach. This is based on humanistic, cognitive behavioural and psychodynamic principles, all of which respect the autonomy, individuality and particular needs of each client.

My work centres on the belief that the quality of our early and current relationships are of paramount importance in respect of healthy human development and wellbeing. The work would focus on the here and now whilst making links with the past where appropriate.

Most clients find that learning to understand themselves better, proves to be the most useful outcome of counselling, whether this be coming to terms with the past, dealing with the present or managing the future, I offer my clients an atmosphere of quiet acceptance with time to explore all feelings and thoughts.

I offer counselling face to face in Reepham. Skype Counselling is also available.

My fees are £40 per session. Sessions are for 1 hour. Some concessions are available to those in need. Do ask.
